What is your Policy on Returns and Refunds?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will refund your money less the return shipping charges. For a refund it is necessary to return the art to me within 7 days of receiving the original artwork or print. Return shipping charges and return shipping insurance on the art or print are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is your Shipping Policy on Original Artwork?
I take great care in personally packaging all my original artwork that is shipped. Each work of art is shipped separately even if multiple paintings are ordered, with the exception of small packages. The artwork will be shipped within 10 days of receiving the order. Shipping costs for original artwork in the continental US is calculated during checkout. For a quote on international shipping and shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact me.
I have always had excellent results when shipping my work; however, if your shipment is damaged, please email me pictures of the packaging and the artwork asap. I will address the problem.
What is Your Shipping Policy on Fine Art Prints?
A cost for shipping fine art prints on paper, canvas or metal is calculated during checkout. My fulfillment partner Skyline Art Prints is located in Austin, TX, USA. Therefore, during checkout, do not select "Pick Up" unless you live in the Austin Area. Skyline is highly regarded for their quality work and shipping practices. However, if your print is damaged during shipping please keep all packaging. Contact Skyline Art Prints for further instructions to replace your print: 512-497-2822 or admin@skylineartprints. Of course, I am available to assist you if necessary.
Can I purchase Original Artwork Unframed?
Most of my original paintings and drawings are framed.
I am happy to ship any piece unframed if you prefer. Please contact me for a price before checking out.
What Documentation Will I Recieve with Original Artwork?
All original paintings and drawings are either signed on the front or the back of the piece. You will receive a certificate of authenticity shortly after you receive the piece.
How Can I Keep up with Your New Work?
