I love looking at water lily paintings by other artists.  

I painted "White Water Lilies" after floating on the pond outside my home. 

The dragonflies and damselflies rest on the blooms that pop up beneath the waxy leaves.  There are so many lily pads on the edge of the pond,  the leaves stack on top of each other as they near the edge.
